UBS to reopen Credit Suisse-Apollo Global Management M&A deal - reports

UBS Group executives have been looking into the possibility to renegotiate parts of an M&A deal struck by Credit Suisse for its securitised products business.

The sale was announced in November 2022, a few months before the bank's collapse and takeover rescue by UBS.
