Rowan Dartington hires Tilney Bestinvest's Roper for Edinburgh role

Rowan Dartington has appointed Peter Roper as an investment manager in its Edinburgh office, to offer DFM solutions to St. James's Place Partners.

Joining from Tilney Bestinvest, Roper will be representing Rowan Dartington from the SJP offices in the Scottish capital, working directly with private clients in the region The move is part of Rowan Dartington's increasing presence across the UK with investment managers appointed in Ipswich, Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester. Prior to Rowan Dartington, he held a number of roles including director and investment manager at Tilney Bestinvest, investment manager at RBS Private Clients Group and an investment consultant at Close Brothers Group.
