How did you first become a diversity advocate for the industry? I founded the LGBT network within Protiviti a number of years ago and this year I helped to get our ethnic minority group off the ground. The passion I gained from running those networks made me want to help other organisations, so I worked with the mayor and Pride in London to launch Pride in the City, where we worked with a variety of corporations to help amplify LGBT voices.
