BNY Mellon subsidiary Newton Investment Management has hired Andrew MacKirdy as a portfolio manager on its flagship £8.3bn global equity income strategy.
Working alongside lead manager Nick Clay, portfolio managers Robert Canepa-Anson, Colin Rutter and Raj Shant, and a 29-strong global research team, MacKirdy joins immediately, pending regulatory approval.
