Wise words from Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Meta Platforms, and very pertinent for International Women's Day's #BreakTheBias theme. She is absolutely right that people should be judged by their actions rather than who they are. There has been much progress made on this, but there is still a lot more work to do.
