LGIM hires Jupiter's Crossley as UK retail sales head

Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) has recruited James Crossley as head of UK retail sales reuniting him with former Jupiter colleague Simon Hynes.

Crossley will be responsible for expanding its distribution across the UK working closely with advisors, wealth managers and distributors. He spent 14 years at Jupiter, most recently as head of UK retail, before leaving in January following the firm's decision to merge its UK retail and UK wealth sales teams. Simon Hynes, who joined LGIM in 2015, has moved to the newly-created role of head of retail distribution, EMEA.
