James Hambro & Partners (JH&P) has hired Ruffer's Camilla Cecil as a portfolio manager with a focus on investments in Asia.

Cecil spent six years at Ruffer where she most recently supported investment director Mary McBain in managing the Ruffer Pacific fund out of the Hong Kong office.  In her new role Cecil will work closely with US and global equity specialist William Francklin, who joined the firm last year from Waverton IM, and will look after international and UK-based clients investing in global mandates.
