Henderson European Focus Trust board names co-manager for John Bennett

The board of the Henderson European Focus Trust has appointed Tom O'Hara as co-manager of the portfolio, alongside John Bennett.

O'Hara, who joined Janus Henderson in 2018, has taken up his new role with immediate effect. It was confirmed that Bennett will remain the trust's lead manager. In a note, Numis said: "John Bennett is an experienced manager who has managed the portfolio since December 2010. An active year for trust boards "Since then the NAV is up 182% (12% pa) on a total return basis versus 100% (7.8% pa) for the MSCI Europe ex UK [index]."
