Frostrow Capital has been appointed as company secretary for Nick Train's £218m Lindsell Train investment trust, effective from today (2 November).

As such, the company's registered office has been changed "with immediate effect" to 25 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AL. Frostrow Capital, the independent investment companies group and AIFM launched in 2007, currently provides services to 14 listed LSE-listed investment trusts with a combined total of £8.4bn of assets under management. Other trusts under the firm's wing include Lindsell Train's Finsbury Growth & Income trust, Mobius investment trust, Fundsmith Emerging Equities trust and Witan investment trust.
