The benefits of a diverse workforce cannot be ignored. Having teams made up of individuals from a variety of different backgrounds, who see the world in different ways and have a range of lived experiences makes true business sense.
It encourages diversity of thought, fosters creativity, and provides insight into the needs and wants of society as a whole instead of the select few.
