John Griffiths joins as head of UK client group

Capital Group has hired Schroders' John Griffiths to the newly-created position of head of UK client group.

Griffiths joins the firm to help oversee its expansion to clients in the UK and will report to head of Europe and Asia client group Guy Henriques. Alongside Griffiths, Capital Group has also added Janus Henderson Investors' Allyson Foster as UK head of marketing, reporting to Europe head of marketing David Cowdell. Both will be based in London.
