Bestinvest founder Spiers unveils simplified advice service

EQ Investors, the high-end investment adviser led by Bestinvest founder John Spiers, has revealed it will launch a simplified advice service at the end of the month.

EQ has appointed Sally Collins to establish the simplified advice team of 'Simply EQ'. Simply EQ will deliver online and telephone based investment and pension advice. The new service will offer a choice of investment strategies and risk profiles at market leading rates, the company said. Joining Collins in the ‘Simply EQ' team as investment advisers are Freddie Cleworth, previously an associate at Bestinvest, and Nicola Allen, who was promoted internally.
